Ready to Wear - Choose from our in-stock and discounted items on the Sale page. Entries can be searched via category tags by using the Browse button at the top left of the home page, or by taking advantage of the search box. For a more thorough overview of all entries visit the Archives page.

Made to Order - Order custom t-shirts, onesies, pillows and bags here. Enter your graphic of choice along with a color combination and we’ll match it as closely as possible. Stock for custom orders is typically ordered within 1-3 days following payment. If supply side back-orders persist with an order you may always choose another style or color. Pay it Forward - 50% of each purchase will go directly to a deserving organization or individual, the remainder covering supply and shipping fees. Each item will seed a specific benefactor, or you’ll be presented a list from which you may choose. Pay it Forward items will be posted here and in regular blog posts. How to Search - Search via the search box at the top of the page or by using the Browse drop-down menu top left. This will of course improve with the number and frequency of posts. I’m working on that at a constant.

Production and Shipping - Current average shipping turnaround for Ready to Wear items = 1-2 weeks, US; 1-4 weeks, INTL depending on location. Production + shipping turnaround for custom orders varies, but can average anywhere from 3 to 12 weeks. Carriers: USPS, USPS INTL, FEDEX, UPS.

Please bear in mind this is for the most part a one person production unit and each aspect of production takes some time during busy periods. Although I print as fast as I can I try not to move too quickly lest the quality suffer considerably as a result. This has always proven to be the case. Rest assured you haven’t been forgotten if it takes me some time to get back to you. You’re why I do this, after all. Your support and patience are profoundly appreciated.

Refunds/Exchanges - Refunds and exchanges are accepted indefinitely for any reason so long as the goods are returned in like new condition. If a color doesn’t turn out as expected we’ll gladly print another.

Better yet, register in the new forum and message me there, or follow me on twitter and direct message me anytime. I'm no longer using email for these purposes and think the changes will reap great benefits in the short and long term. Potential wholesale clients may do the same. Soon I’ll have a more interactive service presence in full swing to improve efficiency and response time, and hopefully it will allow me to know exactly who I’m printing each item for (something I’ve missed the past few months). Thanks for hanging in there through the evolution of the shop and my learning curve with regard to operations and all the varied intangibles involved in a venture of this nature.
